  Horrible service. I moved to Florida and signed a homeowner's policy with 1 Source written through Citizen's insurance. Citizen's advised 1 Source they needed photos of my roof and electrical or the policy would be cancelled. 1 Source never advised me of this and I had specifically asked 1 Source if anything else was needed to ensure my policy. I had no idea the policy was cancelled until I received a refund check and a letter through the mail from Citizens. You pay extra on your insurance policy to pay the insurance agent's fee and this one doesn't even do his job.

  This was my first time applying for car insurance by myself, the whole idea made me pretty nervous. The owner did I great job breaking down the whole process and applied everything he could to get me the lowest rate. I've been with his agency for over 2 years and it's been simple and stress free the entire while. I pay my insurance 6 months at a time and the staff has always been good about reminding me when my payment is due.
